Yes. In your ~/.kde folder, there is an AutoStart folder. Any scripts you
put in there will be automatically ran. You could probably drag and drop
programs or icons to have them start automatically too.
Another option is to just edit your KDE session via kcontrol, so that the
programs become permanent in your session.
