    Development/Production environment based on:
        Linux
        Apache
        MySQL (or PostgreSQL)
        Perl (or PHP)

Lots... but if you tell me what "extended find/replace" you want I may
be more specific. In general any development functionality you get
from MS products was probably implemented on Linux software years
before.
