You have Intel ProWireless 2200B/G? (lspci will tell you that). If
that's correct, there are some issues with ipw2200 in < 1.0.4 drivers.
This problems are fixed in 1.0.4 drivers. So, you should download 1.0.4
drivers from ipw2200.sf.net, compile and install them. If that would be
a problem, and if more people are interested, I could build 2.6.12
kernel for hoary with that ipw2200 1.0.4.
