The only adult material I've seen "accidentally" was in the days when I
used to frequent sites looking for warez, cracks and serial numbers. The
two sort of went together. (This was the main reason for me getting into
Linux - I was sick of an empty pc, useless freeware or piracy. I'm much
happier these days.)
I think there's much to be said for the idea that people look for stuff
then blame the internet/computer if they get caught. To excuse oneself
is, after all, more or less the first response from any human caught
doing something they shouldn't ought to be doing.
"The snake made me do it."
"The woman you gave me made me do it."
And so on...
