Is there a way to change the font colour in gnome?

Hi all!

I've added an account to my system yesterday, which is dedicated for 
running xaos and other animation software so I can do some VJ'ing. To 
make the desktop look good when it's projected I've made the menu bar 
transparent. But I can't find a possibility to change the font colour in 
Gnome. Is there a way to do that?
