I have Vmware and a sandbox hoary installation, so I thought why not
test it in an english environment (my normal desktop is in german) with
the newest turboprint trial software.
OK: GIMP (big) print-dialog: Printer Settings tab:
Printer name: tp0
Printer model: PostScript Level 2
If I don't choose PostScript Level 2 but use EPSON Stylus Photo R300, I
get the paper list with Epson 4 X 6 photopaper and a lot of papers like
* Octavo.
If I choose PostScript Level 2, I get the list with the borderless
sizes.
Maybe this will help? Otherwise I don't know what could be wrong -
maybe it's a bug in the turboprint software and you should file a bug
report at their website
It could also be helpful if you post a screenshot (or two) at your
website...
