annoncing gaveman in hoary universe

Hi Everyone. After trying trying quite long to get the ubuntu package to
work (I experienced the "cdrecord permission error" and thus couldn't
burn a single cd) I decided to compile 0.3.4 from source as suggested.

This works quite well, I'm able to burn without problems now. One little
thing is interesting though. On my user account, I'm working with German
locales and the umlauts in graveman are not shown correctly even though
it is localised to German. Anyone else who experienced this problem and
knows how to resolve it?
