Fwd: All Of A Sudden, It's UTC Time??

Never mind.

I found the answer in the Ubuntu page (!).

Duh! Why didn't I look there first?

Somehow the /etc/default/rcS file got the UTC entry changed to "UTC=yes".

Changed it back to "UTC=no", rebooted and all is OK.

For future reference, is there a way to get my system to reread this file
without rebooting?

Running Warty on a i386 box.

All of a sudden all my clocks are showing UTC time. GDM, the panel, etc.

How do I get them back to EST?
