IBM Client Access 5250

I would love some help getting this installed.  That way I won't have to
run it from a windows terminal server.  :D 

I did use alien to convert it a .deb file, and then dpkg -i to install.
It seemed to install ok but when I change to the dir
/opt/ibm/iSeriesAccess/bin and try to run something it just says:

I checked out the pdf on the web site and added the parameters after
the command but no luck.
