You could do worse than get a copy of Mandrake. Mandrake's disk
partitioning GUI is a dream to use. You can then always crash out of the
install process once the disk is set up the way you want. Have done this
myself a number of times back in my early days of Linux use. It's a
crude method but it works.
For third party stuff. Acronis OS Selector has a partitioner built in -
but, you'll have to buy Acronis - unless you have a copy of the SuSE
Office Pack which had Suse 8.o and Acronis OS in it.
