qtparted (from universe) is good and simple. The only problem is that
it let's you commit only one set of changes. Afterwards, you can't
change anything else, until you reboot. I think this is becuase the
kernel partition table doesn't really change even if you make changes
to the on disk partition table, so qtparted doesn't want to deal with
it, unless the information is in sync (which is after a reboot).
