I've played a little with KDE (on my YDL install) and fixed menu bars
but it seems like a half-finished feature as of yet (of course, the
KDE installed on YDL dates from 2003) & is reported to only work with
KDE apps :-(. I'm not overly concerned about making things look OS
X-like. GNOME and KDE may be Windowsy in appearance (i.e. they ain't
the epitome of GUI design quality) but they're functional.
