Ouch, that should have been done for you.  It seems your python-twisted must 
have been out of date, right?  Looking at the python-twisted changelog 
entries, it seems that the unversioned symlinks used to be in the wrong 
package, so I've tightened the Depends: for apt-proxy on python-twisted, 
which will hopefully ensure that can't happen again.
