Cannot install ubuntu on Dell machine

I did that, and the system still hang at Setting The System Clock ...."
However, using Ctrl+C I can get over it.
But the system freeze again after I hit Enter in the Welcome to Base
System Configuration screen.
Does anyone know how to fix? Please help!!!
