As far as I understand it, since the menu code for hoary has been
changed, editing hasn't been implemented in a graphical way yet.  I'm
not sure but I think you might be able to add .desktop files
to /usr/share/applications.  Just take a peek at what's already there to
get an idea of how to make the file.
