Evolution -- Any way of changing toolbar?

Hi,

I'm using Evolution 2.0.2 from warty, and I would like to know if there
is a way of adding buttons to the default toolbar. 

The buttons I most miss are: reply to list and write to list, which are
very useful in newsgroups and mailing lists.
