KDE/Windows Apps System Tray Icons in Gnome?

Hi,

Does Gnome support System Tray Icons from KDE och applikations through 
Crossover Office?

I have tried both Kbear and and Windows Application running in Crossover 
Office. Running both of them, I end up with "System Tray Icons" 
somewhere on the desktop, is there some way I can get these System Tray 
Icons to integrate into a Gnome Panel?

Running the same applications under KDE, both applications System Tray 
Icons end up in the KDE Panel.
...Ofcourse KBear's does ;-)
