-15 is already in the ubuntu's universe repository, but due to
differences between
Debian and Ubuntu (XFree86 vs X.org) -15 fails to build on Ubuntu. The package
libxxf86dga-dev should be added to the build-dependencies in Ubuntu.
This package is not needed for compilation on Debian, and thus it's
missing from
the build-dependencies.
