I think you're missing the [lecteur] line. Your config file should be like this:

[general]
readcd=/usr/bin/readcd
tmpdir=/tmp
mkisofspara=
sox=
cdrecord=/usr/bin/cdrecord
overburn=1
cdrecordpara=
mkisofs=/usr/bin/mkisofs
readcdpara=
soxpara=

[lecteur]
dev=/dev/hdc
name=CD-RW-asema
type=15
vitesse=10
