Eww, I suppose this requires windows? 
Also, check your dmesg (`dmesg | less`) to see if there's anything in
the beginning about the kernel not being able to detect the line
speed. I know this happens to me and it defaults to ATA33 because it's
safe. You may simply need to pass in some commands to the kernel
(which it thankfully provides in the error message :)
