no upgrading

So how come When Openoffice2 was on the hoary changes list it didnt
apear for downloading - only the openoffice2-gnome -files apeared. I
waited 2 days and still nothing was there. I just noticed build 6 was
on the list this morning - is it actually available to install now? I
assume that build 5 was held back due to a problem??
