(Sorry, I should have changed the subject line myself.)
Oddly enough, once I've done a pmount and then pumount for the external
HD, g-v-m will mount it when I switch it on again. But after a reboot
(or restart of the g-v-m daemon maybe?) I need to manually issue one
pmount. So it's kind of half working.
