Problem with Grub and SATA at installation

Same problem here.  :sad: 
Machine Specs:

*Motherboard*: ASUS P4P800-E Deluxe
*Processor*: PIV 3.06 Ghz /HT / 800 Mhz bus.
*Memory*: Kingston 512 Mb DDR 400
*Graphic Card*: Ati 9600 XT 
*Chipset*: Intel 865PE+ICH5R
*Lan*: Marvel Gigabit 8E8001 (Integrated).
*Hard Disk*: Maxtor 160Gb SATA 7200rpm.

And i think that *the chip that controls SATA Raid* is a  PROMISE 
PDC20378.

Anyone knows if it's going to be fixed in any "soon" next kernel
revision? :confused: 
or some way to fix it now?. :confused:
