Do it automagicly? I don't know if exist some sort program that do
that... 
Maybe just uninstall Ice and then re-install it will make the menus
updated for your installed software. Template menu at
/etc/X11/icewm/menu usually contains entries to some most common
programs... so i sugested as a starting point...

About MENU i don't know nothing. But if you install it using apt, just
launch synaptic and select MENU, Properties, and then go to Installed
files. Just check what files was installed under /usr/bin or places
usually at PATH.
