Menu is a file under /home/you/.icewm/ named 'menu'. if it don't exist
you must copied, * not * as root, the base file /etc/X11/icewm/menu to
your home /.icewm/ . That sould give you a basic menu with the stuff
you add on your machine when you installed ice (or some list of basic
applications... i don't remember exactilly) .

There exist a iceme and a icemc (this is no longer maintained)
programs, that allow you to manually edit, add or delete entrys of the
actual menu. Just search for it with apt or synaptic.
