apt-cache search php | grep mysql 

apt-cache search - searches for stuff that apt knows about
grep mysql - searches within the apt-cache results for the word mysql

I think that should find it for you if it exists. You really probably
need to post in the php forums though, the proportion of us who're
fluent in php is much much smaller than on the php list so the change
of you getting a good answer is also much much smaller.
