bittorrent: GUI requires libwxgtk2.4 to function but is Recommends not Required

You need the package libwxgtk2.4-python only to use btdownloadgui.
However, you still can use the text-based clients btdownloadcurses and
btdownloadheasless without libwxgtk, that's why the lib is recommended
but not required for bittorrent.
