Ubuntu PPC and RealPlayer/Flash Plugins

This was (is) available in gentoo, when that was on my PPC box. It used
qemu to run the Linux/ia32 flash plugin. Wasn't wonderful, because it
(IIRC) put scroll bars around the animation.
