I DID IT!!!!!

I just installed the most recent Kernel Image (2.6.10-2.686);
respective Linux restricted modules and Headers; added a link to Kernel
Headers (ln -s /usr/src/linux-headers-2.6.10-2
/lib/modules/2.6.10-2-686/build) and installed ndiswrapper 1.0rc2 (make
install). Made modprobe ndiswrapper and that's it! :D

Now i'm a fully happy Ubuntu user :D
