Weekly DVD

Just a quick question about the weekly DVD.
Is it currently able to install a copy of hoary? and what is
contained? Is it all of main?
Also - Is there a jigdo file for the DVD so I can update it once the
next one is unleashed?
Finally - if it is a weekly DVD then the next one is due tomorrow -
should i wait for that instead and get a fully up to date version?
