but xfree has the same capabilties, as far as i know.
	X -configure
or
	XFree86 -configure
these commands write a nwe XF86Config in your /root-dir when runned in a
'sudo -s'-terminal. (at least in every other distro i know...)

also i thought: if even ATI is able to include a config-tool like
'fglrxconfig' for their driver, so i assume nvidia should also ship with
a config-tool like that!? or am i wrong?

have you tried (after sudo -s):
	nv [TAB] [TAB] ?
(or if ati installs in /opt/ati maybe theres an /opt/nvidia)?
