Broken panel in hoary

Anybody else get a broken panel after recent hoary upgrades? I just
updated (been putting it off for a week or so) and the panel context
menu no longer appears, launchers and the menu don't respond to clicks
at all, and several applets (clock, stock ticker, weather and a few
more) are just missing completely. Other applets that load (drive
mounter, window list, trash) work fine (except for the right click menu
on the window list: it's gone). Anybody else having this problem, or
should I start butchering my configuration?
