Website design : what to use ?

I've been using eclipse (http://eclipse.org) with the phpeclipse plugin
for doing all my web pages.  It's somewhat cumbersome, and does not
have a built-in FTP client (I use gFTP), but otherwise works just fine.
I do a lot of PHP scripting, and the syntax highlighting for it works
resonably well.  

It doesn't have the code completion that dreamweaver had, but it does
highlight mistakes and oops' in code, and works very well for my uses.
