can't send email ... problem solved

While researching the port 25 blocking issue, which my ISP does block, I
found a solution to my problem: my ISP had recommended server
smtpauth.earthlink.net for my acct, but some of their instructions used
smtp.earthlink.net.  Switching to smtp from smtpauth solved the problem.

I'm loving Ubuntu!  No more dual-boot for me; I'm 100% linux!
