kernel upgrade via apt

> sudo apt-get install linux-`uname -m`
> will get you everything (kernel, modules, restricted modules)

on my warty machine, 'uname -m'  gives me "i686", while the kernel
metapackage I have installed is  "linux-image-686"  (note the missing
'i')
