pb with ATI fglrx

hello,

i have some problem with ati binary driver.
(using ATI radeon 9000 on a dell D600 laptop)

I want to upgrade to the last version (3.14.6), has describe in a mail 
from this list (29 november).

so, i add :
deb http://people.ubuntu.com/~daniels/ l-r-m/$(ARCH)/
in my repository list, then update / upgrade succesfully change my 
driver, but not the fglrx-control package.
i've got the same problem describe in a 6 december mail :
    fglrx-control:
   Depends: libqt3c102-mt but 3:3.2.3-4ubuntu1 is to be installed
   Depends: libxinerama1 but it is not installable
   Depends: libxxf86vm1 but it is not installable

i was not able to fix this.

anyway, my problem is that i don't have hardware acceleration using this 
new driver.

I tried all solution found in the wiki :
http://www.ubuntulinux.org/wiki/BinaryDriverHowto
but without succes.
(nvida_agp is not automaticaly loaded on my system)


what should i do to have the hardware acceleration?
