If the system requires ndiswrapper, then we accept that this is something
that an expert user will do by hand, and is not something that we attempt to
support "out of the box". The utilities are provided on the CD as a
convenience, because it is often the case that the only network connectivity
available is via ndiswrapper, and that would mean obtaining a copy of the
ndiswrapper-utils .deb via some other means (such as a floppy or DVD).
The necessary driver can usually be found on the CD which is included with
the device, or from a Windows installation already on the system.
