Print to PDF

Okay, I guess that was a pretty general statement based on my own
experiences with some pretty archaic hardware, and I hereby take it
back.  :)
It seems that I always have to struggle with getting printing to work
(although I'll add that Ubuntu is the first distro I've ever installed
where everything, including printing, "just works"). In hindsight, I
probably haven't familiarized myself with the Fine Manual as much as I
should have.
