Can not run Alexandria on Hoary!

I'm using Hoary, i386, alexandria: Version: 0.4.0-2 libgdk-pixbuf2-ruby:
Version: 0.11.0-1

I had previously compiled Alexandria under Warty before I upgraded to
Hoary but then I reinstalled it when I saw it listed in Synaptic under
Hoary.  I don't know if that made any difference.  The only issues I've
had with it are ones that the developer has noted in the bug reports
(changing views, in particular).
