How about installing new hardware AFTER system installation?

Perhaps someone on the list knows how to modify kudzu to work more
efficiently w/debian based distros.  I'm [i]guessing[/i] that kudzu
will work pretty much out of the box w/ RH like distros (Mandrake,
SUSE, fedora, Novell, CentOS, et. al.) but requires tweaking for
Debian like systems.  May not work at all w/Slack and its derivatives
<shrug>
