Neither do I know that, but if you have any questons you can contact me
off-list. I have a completely working courier config with mysql
authentication for pop3/pop3s, multiple hosted domains and virtual
mailboxes.

I would suggest looking at courier-mta.org for the online man pages.
Usually you shoukd edit quite a lot of files in /etc/courier, starting
with esmtpd, pop3d, imapd smtpaccess/default, locals, hosteddomains
etc.. etc..
