gtk-gnutella from hoary universe includes no binary?!

gtk-gnutella 0.93 for warty is now so old that it won't run unless I
explicitly force it.  I tried installing the newer version 0.95 from the
hoary universe repository, but as far as I can tell there is no binary
included with it!  Is anybody using it?  I'm hesitant to report it to
the maintainer until someone else verifies that I'm not losing my mind.
