[Hoary] Am I supposed to have a Debian menu?

Well, I'm not necessarily complaining. :-) It's not obtrusive, and at
least now stuff added from Universe has somewhere to go in the menus,
but it probably wasn't intended.

Can any Ubuntu developers lurking on this list suggest what files I'd
need to attach to any bug reports?
