zip archiving utility

unzip * will do the job!!
sudo apt-get install unzip
Presuming this package to be in universe so you'll need to add this 
repository in you /etc/apt/sources.list you will need a line like:

deb http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ hoary main restricted universe 
multiverse
