CPU and Case Fans

All other distros of Linux never adjusted my fans as necessary to keep
my computer cool.

I have a desktop i386 running Hoary.

Usually with other distros my fans just ran full speed. But with Hoary,
I can definitely hear them change speed from time to time.

Either that, or one is about to go south on me.....
