Evolution : can it check web based accounts ??

I have got a web based Hotmail account, like many, for all those sites
that you don't trust.

I keep forgetting to check it. Is it possible for Evolution to connect
to my Hotmail account and retrieve the messages ?

I seem to remember 3 years ago, that Outlook could do it, but that's
probably because it's all M$ S/W. Can Evolution do it as well by any
chance ??
