Eclipse button size

Hi,

I just installed Ubuntu Warty this week and I am very impressed of it.
But since I mainly used KDE before I am quite new to Gnome and therefore
I don't have an idea to solve following problem:

All push buttons within the Eclipse workbench have the wrong size. There
height is not correct, so that you can hardly read the labels. All other
controls are displayed correctly. I changed the dialog font in Eclipse,
but that didn't solve the problem.

I run Sun's JDK 1.4.07 which I simply installed into an /opt-directory
(I know that there is a more ellegant way to install a JDK under
Ubuntu/Debian but at least it works: JDeveloper runs fine).

Has anyone an idea what to try to solve this problem?

Thanks & Best regards, Jochen
