[Hoary] losing window parameters when restoring sessions...

Errata : Galeon I think was indeed in workspace #1 when I logged out.
However I had gFtp in #2 for sure, and this too reappeared in workspace
#1 at log-in....
I had terminal window in WS#2 too, but this DID reappear in WS#2. So
it's not all apps that fail to restore. Go figure.
