Hoary : window focus ?

Does anyone else notice this problem :

You have whatever application opened on your desktop, say this Evolution
composing window I am typing in right now. Now, click on  the "Places"
menu in the Gnome panel at the top, and open say "Home" (or whatever)

The nautilus windows is opened, but it is not brought to the top, and is
not active/focused, you have to click on it to get focus.

Hmm...
