I use it when I am stating an opinion or personal observation, not a
fact: "IMHO most programmers aren't good doco writers" or "IMHO rsync
is the best way to back up." The latter is a very common occurrence in
linux, IMHO, since there are so many ways to accomplish the same task.

IMHO, it's not used enough.  ;)
